Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel a bootcamp

• 15 days or more before the start date: full refund
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before, or if you do not attend: no refund

If you cannot attend, you may ask to pass your seat to another dentist or move to a later batch, at no charge, up to 3 days before the start date.

If we cancel or change a bootcamp

If we cancel, you get a full refund of your fee or a seat in a later batch, whichever you choose. If we change the dates and you cannot attend, you get a full refund. We do not cover travel or stay costs.

Online learning

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched no more than one lesson. After that, online purchases are not refundable.

When you get your money

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We start them within 2 working days, and they usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
