These terms apply when you use therootcanalroom.com or book training from Dr Sanil Natekar, trading as Endodontics Redefined ("we", "us"). By booking or paying, you accept them.

Who can book

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Our training is for dentists and dental students. We may ask for proof of your qualification.

Bookings and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we do not see or store your card details. A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received. Seats are limited and given in order of payment.

Programme changes

We may change a date, venue or faculty arrangement if we need to, and will tell you as early as we can. If we cancel, our refund policy applies.

Online content

Access to online lessons is for you alone. You may not share your login, or copy, record, download or publish any lesson, slide or case. We may end access without a refund if these terms are broken.

Educational purpose

Our training is for education only. It is not advice on any specific patient, and you remain responsible for your own clinical decisions.

Intellectual property

All course material, videos, images and text belong to Dr Sanil Natekar or are used with permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for your travel and stay costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Goa.
